- 5 medium potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Peel the potatoes and cut each one lengthwise into six wedges. Place the potato wedges flat in a baking dish coated with nonstick spray. Sprinkle them with the seasonings and oil, then stir them around. Bake for 30 minutes or until they're brown.
