Light and Easy Stir-Fry Recipe

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 pound chicken, cubed
  • 2 teaspoons Morton® Nature's Seasons® Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen Chinese-style vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 6 cups cooked rice
  1. Combine water, Morton(R) Nature's Seasons(R) Seasoning Blend, soy sauce and ginger. Add chicken and allow to marinate 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and marinade to skillet; cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Add vegetables and continue cooking 5 to 8 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
