- 1/4 cup water
- 1 pound chicken, cubed
- 2 teaspoons Morton® Nature's Seasons® Seasoning Blend
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen Chinese-style vegetables
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 6 cups cooked rice
- Combine water, Morton(R) Nature's Seasons(R) Seasoning Blend, soy sauce and ginger. Add chicken and allow to marinate 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and marinade to skillet; cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Add vegetables and continue cooking 5 to 8 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
