- 2 (.18 ounce) jars McCormick® Gourmet Collection™ Lemon Grass
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Ground Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
- Refrigerate 4 hours.
- Strain and place in an ice cream maker. Freeze thoroughly.
