Lemon Grass Ginger Sorbet Recipe

  • 2 (.18 ounce) jars McCormick® Gourmet Collection™ Lemon Grass
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
  2. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  3. Strain and place in an ice cream maker. Freeze thoroughly.
