- 1/2 cup Dannon® All Natural Plain Yogurt
- 1 large shallot, minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
- Whisk together all ingredients and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve on top of cooked fish, or to the side.
