- 1/2 cup heavy cream
 - 1/4 cup store-bought lemon curd
 - 1 tablespoon sugar
 - 1/2 teaspoon dried lavender
 - 1/3 cup sugar
 
- Beat 1/2 cup heavy cream in a small bowl to medium peaks; fold in 1/4 cup store-bought lemon curd. Grind 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon dried lavender in a spice mill or a mortar and pestle. Mix with 1/3 cup sugar in another small bowl.
