- 1 pound sole fillets
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ground black pepper
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli spears, thawed
- 1/4 pound (4 oz.) VELVEETA LIGHT Pasteurized Process Cheese Product, cut up
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
- Sprinkle each fillet with juice and pepper. Arrange broccoli spears on narrow end of each fish fillet; roll up. Secure with toothpicks. Place, seam-side down, in 10×6-inch microwavable baking dish; cover.
- Microwave on HIGH 5 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Microwave remaining ingredients in small microwavable bowl 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is smooth, stirring after each minute. Remove toothpicks before serving. Serve with sauce.
