Langoustine cocktail Recipe

  • 100g/3½oz Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp double cream
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  • ½ lemon, juice only
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • handful fresh coriander
  • 4 langoustines, cooked and peeled
  • 2 lemon wedges
  1. For the sauce, place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together well.
  2. To serve, place the coriander in a small bowl, add the langoustines, spoon over the sauce and garnish with the lemon wedges.
