La Victoria® Chili Verde Recipe

  • 1 1/2 pounds pork, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion, slivered
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • La Victoria Salsa verde – waiting
  • 1/2 cup water
  1. Season pork with salt and pepper; brown well in oil. Add onion and garlic and brown; drain fat. Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring frequently. Add more water if necessary during cooking.
