Kristens Brown Sugar Crepe Filling Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 16 crepes (see footnote)
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
  1. Mix brown sugar and sour cream until no lumps remain. Spoon mixture into crepes and top with sliced bananas. Fold the crepes decoratively and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
