KRETSCHMAR® Turkey and Cranberry Chutney Baguette Recipe

  • 1/4 pound feta cheese, crumbled well
  • 1/4 pound cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3/4 pound KRETSCHMAR® Turkey Off The Bone, sliced thin
  • 1 French baguette, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1/3 cup cranberry chutney (optional)
  1. Combine first four ingredients and mix until smooth, add more cream if needed.
  2. Lightly brush the baguette slices with melted butter and Italian herbs and brown in a flat pan, on stovetop, low heat. Once lightly browned, remove bread slices from the pan and place onto cutting board for assembly.
  3. Assembly: Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each piece of browned baguette. Place a rolled slice of turkey on each piece. Top with a dollop of cheese spread and chutney and serve. Garnish optional.
