KRETSCHMAR® Tomato and Peppered Turkey Sandwich Recipe

  • 5 slices KRETSCHMAR® Peppered Turkey
  • 2 slices mozzarella
  • 1 roll
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon prepared pesto
  • 1 vine-ripened tomato, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  1. Mix mayonnaise and pesto until light green in a small bowl.
  2. Cut the roll in half and spread the pesto mayonnaise on both slices.
  3. Add the peppered turkey, mozzarella cheese, tomato slices and basil leaves, then place the remaining slice of roll on top.
