KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Tex-Mex Chicken Fajita Recipe

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 1 (14.6 ounce) package KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Tex-Mex Chicken Fajita
  • 1 red onion, slivered
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese
  1. Cook and stir chicken in half the Simmer Sauce in large skillet until done.
  2. Add vegetables and remaining Simmer Sauce; cook and stir 2 to 4 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  3. Stir in rice and water; bring to boil.
  4. Stir in Salsa; sprinkle with cheese. Remove from heat; cover. Let stand 5 min.
