- 1 (16.4 ounce) package KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Chicken Bruschetta Pasta
- 3/4 pound angel hair pasta
- 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined
- 2 anchovy fillets, finely chopped (optional)
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives, cut in half
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley
- Cook pasta as directed on package; omitting salt.
- Heat Simmer Sauce in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir 3-5 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Add anchovies, olives, crushed red pepper, and Finishing Sauce. Simmer 3 min.
- Place pasta in large bowl. Add shrimp mixture; mix lightly. Sprinkle with parsley.
