KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Hawaiian Pineapple Pork Stew Recipe

  • 1 (16.7 ounce) package KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Hickory BBQ Beef
  • 2 1/2 pounds boneless pork shoulder, cut into 2-inch cubes
  • 1 1/2 pounds butternut squash, peeled, cut into 2-inch cubes
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 (6 ounce) package baby spinach leaves
  1. Place meat, squash, pineapple and onions in slow cooker.
  2. Top with Simmer Sauce; cover.
  3. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).
  4. 15 min. before serving, remove liquid with ladle from slow cooker; set aside.
  5. Stir in Finishing Sauce and spinach. Add some of the reserved liquid to desired consistency.
  6. Cook, covered, on HIGH 15 min.
