KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Florentine-Stuffed Chicken Breasts Recipe

  • 1 (18 ounce) package KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Three Cheese Chicken Florentine
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 6 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast halves, pounded to 1/2-inch thickness
  • 2 tablespoons KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray 8-in. square baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Pour half of the Simmer Sauce into baking dish.
  3. Mix Baking Sauce, spinach, and breadcrumbs until blended. Spread mixture evenly onto chicken breasts. Starting at 1 short end; roll up. Place in prepared pan. Cover with remaining Simmer Sauce and cheese.
  4. Bake for 30 to 35 min or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
