- 1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
- 1 (14.8 ounce) package KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Sweet & Sour Chicken
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen whole green beans, thawed
- 2 red peppers, cut into strips
- 2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
- Cook rice as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Stir-fry meat in half the Simmer Sauce in large skillet on medium heat 6 to 8min. or until done. Add vegetables and remaining Simmer Sauce to skillet; cook and stir 2 to 4 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in Finishing Sauce and chili sauce; cook 1 to 2 min. or until heated through.
- Serve over rice.
