Knockout Recipe

  • 3/4 to 1 ounce gin
  • 3/4 to 1 ounce dry vermouth
  • 3/4 to 1 ounce Pernod
  • 1 teaspoon white crème de menthe
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes
  • Mint leaves
  1. Combine all ingredients except the mint in a mixing glass and stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and add the mint.
