Kiwi Thyme Recipe
- 1 (10 fluid ounce) can frozen BACARDI® Mixers Margarita Mix
- 3/4 cup BACARDI® Pineapple Rum
- 1 cucumber
- 3 kiwis
- 6 sprigs fresh thyme
- 4 cups ice
- Cut a cucumber into 1/4 inch slices and add 1 cup to a blender.
- Peel and slice 3 kiwis into wheels and add 1 cup to blender.
- Add 1 can BACARDI(R) Mixers Margarita Mix.
- Add 3/4 cup BACARDI(R) Pineapple.
- Add 4 cups of ice and blend on high for about 20 seconds.
- Pour into a double old fashioned glass.
- Garnish with a kiwi wheel and a sprig of thyme.
