Keebler Ready Crust® Blueberry Cheesecake Pie Recipe

  • 1 (6 ounce) READY CRUST® Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling
  • 1 (8 ounce) tub frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Combine cream cheese, sugar and eggs in a small bowl. Beat until fluffy.
  2. Place crust on baking sheet. Pour mixture into crust. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven.
  3. Cool. Spread blueberry filling on top. Garnish with whipped topping. Chill 3 hours.
