- 1 cup mayonnaise (organic, if possible)
 - 2 cups packed kale leaves
 - 2 cloves garlic, chopped
 - 1 lemon zested and juiced
 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
 
- In a food processor, combine the chopped kale leaves, sea salt and garlic. Process until finely chopped. Add in the mayonnaise and lemon zest, lemon juice and blend until smooth.
