- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/2 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Combine ground turkey, onion, ricotta cheese, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, rosemary, thyme, salt, and ground black pepper in a large bowl. Set aside for seasonings blend, 30 minutes to 1 hour. Form turkey burgers with your hands to desired size.
- Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Grill burgers for 5 minutes; flip and continue grilling until burgers are cooked through, about 7 minutes more. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
