Juicy Turkey Ricotta Burgers Recipe

  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  1. Combine ground turkey, onion, ricotta cheese, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, rosemary, thyme, salt, and ground black pepper in a large bowl. Set aside for seasonings blend, 30 minutes to 1 hour. Form turkey burgers with your hands to desired size.
  2. Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  3. Grill burgers for 5 minutes; flip and continue grilling until burgers are cooked through, about 7 minutes more. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
