Jerked Balsamic Pork Tenderloin Recipe

  • 5 pounds pork tenderloin tips, frozen
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons jerk sauce
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  1. Gently stir pork, broth, vinegar, jerk sauce, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes together in the crock of your slow cooker.
  2. Cook on High until the pork is easily shredded with forks, 3 to 4 hours.
