- 1 (8 ounce) container fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup Cheerios™ Gluten Free
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries and blueberries
- 1 tablespoon fat-free whipped cream topping
- Place 4 tablespoons Gluten-Free Cheerios(TM) in the bottom of a parfait glass. Spoon 1/4 cup yogurt into glass. And some berries. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with a few berries and Cheerios.
- Serve immediately.
