- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 banana pepper, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 (1 1/2) pound lean sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Pour the oil in a skillet, toss in the onion, peppers, and mushrooms, and saute for 10 minutes. Add the steak, and cook until the meat is no longer pink.
- Fold each tortilla in half, fill with 1/4 of the meat mixture, and top with salsa, avocado, and sour cream.
