Jalapeno Beef Fajitas Recipe

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1 banana pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 (1 1/2) pound lean sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  1. Pour the oil in a skillet, toss in the onion, peppers, and mushrooms, and saute for 10 minutes. Add the steak, and cook until the meat is no longer pink.
  2. Fold each tortilla in half, fill with 1/4 of the meat mixture, and top with salsa, avocado, and sour cream.
