- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 (24 ounce) carton cottage cheese
- 3 green onions, minced
- 3 stalks celery, minced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- salt to taste
- Beat the butter and cottage cheese together in a bowl with a whisk or fork until smooth. Stir in the green onions, celery, jalapeno, dill, and cilantro. Season with salt.
