- ½ miniature bottle of whisky
- 100ml/3½oz double cream, whipped
- 100g/3½oz mascarpone
- 50g/1½oz dark chocolate, melted
- ½ miniature bottle of whisky
- 100ml/3½oz double cream, whipped
- 100g/3½oz mascarpone
- 100g/3½oz crushed amaretti biscuits
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder, for dusting
- 7 whole amaretti biscuits, to garnish
- For the chocolate cream, place all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- For the amaretti cream, place all of the ingredients into another bowl and mix well.
- Spoon half of the amaretti cream into a tall glass, then place half of the chocolate cream on top. Repeat the layers with the remaining cream.
- To serve, dust with cocoa powder and top with the amaretti biscuits.
