- 2 cups fine egg noodles
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 (16 ounce) bag Birds Eye® Cut Green Beans
- 1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- Cook noodles until tender. Drain well. Saute onion in melted butter until tender. Do not brown. Add cooked noodles, frozen beans and all other ingredients and spices. Cook on MEDIUM to LOW heat until beans are crunchy or done to your liking. You could also use a wok to cook this recipe.
