- 2 scoops dairy-free vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup frozen honeydew melon
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 cups packed fresh spinach
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- Pour coconut milk into a blender, and add protein powder and chia seeds while mixing for a few seconds. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the chia seeds to gel. Add fruit and blend.
