Irish stout punch Recipe

  • 500ml/17fl oz Irish stout
  • 200ml/7fl oz condensed milk
  • 10 ice cubes
  • ground cinnamon or freshly grated nutmeg, for sprinkling
  1. Pour the Irish stout and the condensed milk into a blender and add the ice. Pulse for one minute until light and frothy.
  2. To serve, pour into glasses and sprinkle with a little ground cinnamon or freshly grated nutmeg.
