- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups ground walnuts
- In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients; mix well. Shape into 1-1/2-inch balls. Roll in nuts. Chill thoroughly. Serve with crackers.
