Ice Cream Cone Cup Cakes Recipe

  • 12 flat bottomed ice cream cones
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 (16 ounce) container frosting
  • 1 (16 ounce) package vanilla cake mix
  1. Combine cake mix, oil, eggs, and water and beat for two minutes.
  2. Fill each ice cream cone 3/4 of the way full with cake batter and place ice cream cones on a baking sheet or muffin tin.
  3. Set carefully into a 375 degrees F oven for 11 to 17 minutes.
  4. Allow cupcakes to cool and then frost.
