- 12 flat bottomed ice cream cones
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 (16 ounce) container frosting
- 1 (16 ounce) package vanilla cake mix
- Combine cake mix, oil, eggs, and water and beat for two minutes.
- Fill each ice cream cone 3/4 of the way full with cake batter and place ice cream cones on a baking sheet or muffin tin.
- Set carefully into a 375 degrees F oven for 11 to 17 minutes.
- Allow cupcakes to cool and then frost.
