Hummus Egg Salad Recipe

  • 3 hard-boiled egg whites, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons prepared hummus
  • 1 pinch celery seed
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce (optional)
  1. Mix chopped egg whites, hummus, celery seed, salt, black pepper, and hot pepper sauce in a bowl. Refrigerate for 2 hours to overnight.
