- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, cut in strips
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 dash hot sauce
- Fry the onions and peppers with 1 tsp water in a nonstick skillet. Add the eggs and parsley. Stir until the eggs thicken and set. Remove from the heat and top with hot sauce.
