Hot Horseradish Roast Beef Sandwiches Recipe

  • 2 (8.5 ounce) packages Archer Farms™ demi French artisan bread
  • 1/2 cup Archer Farms™ bacon horseradish chive dip
  • 3/4 pound deli sliced London Broil roast beef
  • 1/2 cup sweet roasted peppers (from 7-oz. jar)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Cut bread lengthwise in half. Spread dip on cut side of each bread half. Layer roast beef, peppers and basil on bottom half; top with remaining bread half.
  3. Wrap each sandwich in foil.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until sandwich is heated through. To serve, cut each sandwich in half.
