- 1 cup wheat bran
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup whey protein powder
- 1/4 cup flax seed meal
- 2 tablespoons lecithin
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon psyllium husks
- 2 teaspoons salt
- Mix all ingredients and store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
