Hot artichoke sin Recipe

  • 1x400g can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped chunky
  • 250ml/9fl oz mayonnaise
  • 140g/5oz fresh parmesan, grated
  • 2 green chillies, seeded and chopped
  • plain tortilla chips, for scooping
  1. Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the artichokes, mayonnaise, cheese and chillies. Spread into a wide baking dish in a layer not more than 2cm/žin thick.
  3. Bake the mixture until bubbling and golden, about 15 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips for scooping.
