Hot & Spicy Chili Dip Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) package reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chili, any variety
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red peppers
  • 1 cup reduced fat shredded Cheddar cheese
  1. Soften and spread cream cheese on bottom and sides of 9-inch microwavable pie dish. Mix chili with red pepper and spread over cream cheese. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  2. Microwave on high for 3 minutes or until mixture is hot and cheese is melted.
  3. Serve hot with corn chips or tortilla chips.
