- 1 (8 ounce) package reduced fat cream cheese
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili, any variety
- 1 tablespoon crushed red peppers
- 1 cup reduced fat shredded Cheddar cheese
- Soften and spread cream cheese on bottom and sides of 9-inch microwavable pie dish. Mix chili with red pepper and spread over cream cheese. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Microwave on high for 3 minutes or until mixture is hot and cheese is melted.
- Serve hot with corn chips or tortilla chips.
