- 1 (16 ounce) package refrigerated creamy mashed potatoes
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 3 tablespoons Market Pantry™ shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- Heat potatoes using microwave directions on package.
- Spoon potatoes into medium microwavable bowl. Stir in horseradish and 2 tablespoons of the cheese. Sprinkle with remaining tablespoon cheese.
- Microwave an additional 20 to 30 seconds on High until cheese is melted and potatoes are hot.
