- 1 (15 ounce) can can chunky tomato sauce with onions celery and green bell peppers
- 1 (15 ounce) can HORMEL® Chili No Beans
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 pound cooked peeled and deveined medium-size shrimp
- 1 (5 ounce) can HORMEL® Premium Chunk Breast of Chicken, drained and flaked
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- In large skillet, over medium heat, combine the tomato sauce, chili, rice, shrimp, chunk chicken and Creole seasoning. Cook, stirring occasionally, until warmed through about 10 minutes. Add green onion and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
