Hoppy Holiday Mix Recipe

  • 1 (15 ounce) package Market Pantry™ pretzels
  • 1 (20 ounce) package Market Pantry™ sandwich cookies
  • 1 cup Market Pantry™ roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups plain or peanut candy-coated chocolate pieces
  • 2 cups dried cranberries
  1. Heat oven to 250 degrees F.
  2. Mix pretzels, cookies and peanuts in a large bowl and set aside.
  3. Combine sugar, butter and corn syrup in a large saucepan. Boil at medium heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and baking soda. Mixture will foam.
  5. Pour over pretzel mixture and stir to coat.
  6. Put in greased 15x10x1-inch pan and bake for 34 minutes.
  7. While still warm, break apart and toss with candy-coated chocolate pieces and dried cranberries.
