Hoosier Corn Queso Dip Recipe

  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can chopped green chiles, undrained
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 package McCormick® White Chicken Chili Seasoning Mix
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients, except cilantro, in a large bowl until well blended. Spoon into a lightly greased 1 1/2- to 2-quart baking dish.
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.
