- 2 cups diced pineapple
- 2 cups diced honeydew
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 pinch salt
- Blend pineapple and honeydew in a blender or food processor until smooth; add lemon juice, honey and salt and pulse to combine.
- Pour mixture into ice cube trays or ice pop molds and freeze until frozen through, 4 to 5 hours.
