Honeydew and Pineapple Pops Recipe

  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 2 cups diced honeydew
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pinch salt
  1. Blend pineapple and honeydew in a blender or food processor until smooth; add lemon juice, honey and salt and pulse to combine.
  2. Pour mixture into ice cube trays or ice pop molds and freeze until frozen through, 4 to 5 hours.
