Honey-Mustard Salmon Steak Recipe

  • 2 salmon steaks
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place the steaks on a nonstick baking dish. Combine the honey, mustard, and onion, and drizzle or brush the mixture over the surface of the steaks. Sprinkle the dill over the glaze. Bake the entire dish, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Serve over cooked brown rice.
