Honey-Lime Marinated Chicken Wings Recipe

  • 10 Tyson® Fresh Chicken Wings
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lime peel
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 (1/2 inch) piece fresh gingerroot, peeled
  • 2 cloves garlic
  1. PREP: CLEAN: Wash hands. Cut off wing tips; discard or save for other uses. Cut remaining wings apart at joints to make 2 pieces each. Place chicken pieces in large plastic food storage bag. CLEAN: Wash hands. In blender container, combine remaining ingredients. Process until smooth. Pour marinade over chicken. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
  2. COOK: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or line with aluminum foil. Place chicken in baking dish. Brush generously with marinade. Discard remaining marinade. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is a deep golden brown and internal juices run clear. (Or insert instant-read meat thermometer in thickest part of chicken. Temperature should read 170 degrees F.)
  3. SERVE: Serve chicken with a fresh fruit medley, if desired.
  4. CHILL: Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
