Honey Ginger Chicken Recipe

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons minced ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  1. Combine all ingredients except chicken in a bowl and mix well. Transfer mixture to a food-safe bag. Add chicken and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 2 hours in refrigerator.
  2. Grill chicken over medium heat on a lightly oiled grate for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 170 degrees F.
