- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons minced ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Combine all ingredients except chicken in a bowl and mix well. Transfer mixture to a food-safe bag. Add chicken and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 2 hours in refrigerator.
