- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

- Store cake mix in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 month or freeze for up to 3 months.
