- 16 (1/4 inch thick) slices Archer Farms™ French baguette
- 1 cup frozen fully-cooked bay shrimp, thawed and drained
- 1 roma (plum) tomato, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon refrigerated pesto
- Set oven control to broil. Brush bread slices with olive oil and arrange in single layer on baking sheet.
- Broil until bread is toasted.
- Stir remaining ingredients together. Season to taste with salt and pepper, if you like. Spoon into serving bowl.
- Let your guests help themselves by spooning shrimp onto toast slices.
