- 3 croissants, cubed
- 6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Greek Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® California Style Crushed Garlic, Wet
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter 8(4-ounce) ramekins.
- Toss cubed croissants, feta, Greek seasoning, garlic and nutmeg in large bowl. Beat eggs and milk in medium bowl. Stir in spinach. Pour over croissant mixture; let stand 10 minutes. Stir and pour into prepared ramekins.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before serving.
