High C Recipe

  • 4 carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 4 beets, peeled and quartered
  • 2 leaves kale
  • 1/4 pound spinach
  • 2 bell peppers, seeded and sliced
  • 2 stalks broccoli
  1. Add ingredients one at a time to your juicer, then enjoy.
