- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground thyme
- Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well, squeezing out excess liquid. Combine spinach with remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
- Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more or until set.
