Herbed Spinach Bake Recipe

  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground thyme
  1. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well, squeezing out excess liquid. Combine spinach with remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more or until set.
